While we get our feet underneath us, our hours for on-site/draft consumption will be limited. These will update as we expand offerings.

Curbside/to-go pickups will keep their same hours, 7 days per week. Mon-Thu 12-7pm, Fri-Sat 11am-8pm, Sun 12-6pm.
For now, to help with cleanliness and to control the flow of traffic, we will only be accepting reservations via OpenTable. (https://bit.ly/WBC-reservations)
Please note we can only seat parties of up to 8 people, kids included! If they are taking a seat, they count towards your party total.

**PLEASE NOTE: for now, while we figure out the best orientation for our service model, we will only be booking out one weekend at a time. Reservations as of this writing (7.14.20) are only available from 1-5pm from Fri, 7.17 thru Sun, 7.19. Reservation slots for following weekends will be pushed live the Monday of each new week, with times + days updated here and on OpenTable.
But just to use the restroom. All ordering and consumption will take place at tables set up on our expanded outdoor patio, and we will bring your beer to you.
When you come inside to view merchandise or use the restroom, you must wear a face covering. Our restrooms will be limited to a single person (for now!) using each one at a time in order to maintain distancing. Please sanitize your hands prior to entering the restroom and wash your hands well before exiting. Restrooms will be sanitized every hour.

Each table has a QR code that, when scanned with your cell phone camera (no additional app needed on most phones!) will bring you straight to our online draft availability website. You can order beer there, provide payment, and we’ll bring your pints straight to you.
YES. You can remove your covering when at your table with your party, but please make sure you keep one on as you move about the premises. This is to ensure the safety of everyone involved, including your party and our beloved staff.
We will be utilizing food trucks on a rotating schedule. We are also partnering with Right Coast Pizza just down the street to provide their phenomenal Jersey-style pie delivered right to your table.
We want to both cut down on waste and also ensure a more authentic brewery experience, so we will be using machine-sanitized glassware and taking every precaution to ensure complete cleanliness. Anyone pouring or bringing you a beer will be wearing gloves and our brand-new dishwasher sanitizes at a very high temperature. If you would prefer disposable cups, we will have them available by request.
It’s Colorado law. In addition, for both our safety and yours, any time a staff member touches a credit card, cash, etc. they will change or sanitize their gloves.
– No congregating under the tent if you do not already have a table there.
– No seeking shelter inside the taproom.
– You can go to your car (without your beer!) to ride out the storm and return when it passes, assuming you still have time left in your reservation.
Our staff is eager to welcome you back on site! We are aware of the importance of honest feedback and good hygiene. Each team member will communicate to their supervisor in advance if they feel any symptoms and will be covered with PTO if they feel safer taking the day off. We cover the cost of testing for our team members.
Staff members coming in will check their temperature each day at clock in and mask wearing is required at all times. Regular hand washing is enforced and gloves are provided for any interaction with glassware or payment and are switched or sanitized between each customer. The workflow is set up with socially distant working areas in mind.
Kids are absolutely welcome! Just please note that they do count against your 8-person party size if they take up their own seat.
